1. Introduction

Welcome to Tapinix Technology. By accessing our website, enrolling in any course, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any registration or payment.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User", or "You") and Tapinix Technology ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") regarding the use of our educational services, website, and related offerings.

2. Course Enrollment & Eligibility

By enrolling in any course offered by Tapinix Technology, you confirm that:

• Age Requirement: You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to enroll.
• Educational Background: You meet the minimum educational requirements specified for the course (typically 10+2 or equivalent for technical courses).
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• Single User Access: Your enrollment is for individual use only and cannot be shared with others unless explicitly stated in the course terms.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

3.1 Course Fees

All course fees are clearly displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. However, once you enroll at a specific price, that price will be honored for your current enrollment.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. Full payment must be received before course access is granted unless a prior installment arrangement has been approved in writing.

3.3 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), which will be added at the current rate at the time of payment.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully as all fees paid are generally non-refundable with the following exceptions:

• Cancellation Before Course Start: If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date, you may be eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Enrollment: If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before accessing any course materials, you may receive a full refund.
• No Refunds After Course Commencement: Once the course has started and you have attended even one class or accessed course materials, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
• Course Cancellation by Tapinix: If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons, you will receive a full refund within 15 business days.

5. Attendance & Participation

• Regular Attendance: Students enrolled in classroom training are expected to attend classes regularly (minimum 80% attendance) to be eligible for certification.
• Punctuality: Students should arrive on time for classes. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join ongoing sessions at the trainer's discretion.
• Leave Policy: Prior intimation is required for any planned leaves. Extended leaves (more than 3 consecutive days) must be approved by the course coordinator.
• Make-up Classes: Make-up classes are not guaranteed but may be arranged at the trainer's discretion and availability.

6. Trainer & Batch Changes

Tapinix Technology reserves the right to:

• Change the assigned trainer at any time without prior notice.
• Reschedule class timings with reasonable notice to students.
• Merge batches if enrollment numbers are low.
• Change the mode of delivery (online/offline) if circumstances require.

Requests to change the trainer must be made within the first three classes. After this period, changes in trainer or class timing will not be entertained.

7. Course Materials & Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All course materials, including videos, presentations, code samples, assignments, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Tapinix Technology.
• Personal Use Only: Materials provided are for your personal educational use only and cannot be shared, reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.
• Recording Prohibited: Students are strictly prohibited from recording classes (audio or video) without explicit written consent.
• Confidentiality: Any proprietary information shared during the course must be kept confidential.

8. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Disruptive behavior during classes
• Harassment, discrimination, or disrespect toward trainers or fellow students
• Sharing login credentials or course access with others
• Any form of academic dishonesty or plagiarism
• Unauthorized use of Tapinix facilities or equipment

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination of course access without refund.

9. Certification

• Eligibility: Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements, including minimum attendance, submission of assignments, and passing any required assessments.
• Verification: Tapinix certificates can be verified by employers through our verification portal. Any misrepresentation of certification may result in legal action.
• Digital Certificates: Digital certificates are provided free of cost. Physical copies may be obtained at an additional cost upon request.

10. Internship Terms

For courses that include internship opportunities:

• Internship Placement: While we strive to provide internship opportunities, we do not guarantee specific placements. Internships are subject to availability and student performance.
• Internship Duration: The internship duration mentioned (e.g., "Upto 6 months") is the maximum possible period; actual duration may vary based on performance and company requirements.
• Stipend: Any stipend mentioned is indicative and subject to the policies of the hiring company.
• Work Product: Any work created during the internship belongs to the respective company providing the internship.

11. Job Assistance

While we provide job assistance services including resume building, interview preparation, and placement support, we do not guarantee job placement. Job assistance is provided as a service to help students connect with potential employers, but final hiring decisions are made by the employers based on their criteria.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapinix Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tapinix Technology, its employees, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

14. Modifications to Terms

Tapinix Technology reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
